The team is Managed by British nationals; James Chandler and Paul Macniven, who both live in the Philippines. James has 15-years MEP industry experience across a variety of roles. Paul, for the last 6 years, has recruited, housed and managed workers for UK companies outsourcing their operation to the Philippines.

  • Mechanical Engineering Degree and 5+ years of Revit and CAD experience
  • Excellent working knowledge of Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and BIM 360
  • Advanced knowledge of 3D Modelling
  • Develop and maintain BIM MEP Workflow, Protocol, and Standard
  • LOD up to 400 BIM Specifications
  • Familiarity with BIM Template and Process
  • Ability to run clash detection services and generate reports experience
