Leadership

Martin English is the Lead Partner at GBPOS, and has consulted for over 50 of the world’s leading organisations in over 30 different countries. He grew up in Yorkshire, but his management consulting expertise has taken him to share it around the world. He is a multi-disciplinary professional with experience in strategy, performance improvement, and supply chain management and has worked in a range of industries like finance, F&B, engineering, retail, telecommunications, oil and gas, and IT. His past clients include O2, Telstra, Cisco, British American Tobacco, Philippine Airlines, Telcom New Zealand (Spark), Bank of America, Aviva, Lloyds, Ministry of Defense, BAE Systems, EBAY, BP, Shell, Siemens.

In 2008, he entered the outsourcing industry and was credited for being one of the pioneers of earmarking schemes from consulting to offshore talent from one of the world’s leading BPOs. He started GBPOS in 2015 to match companies with top-tier talent and make outsourcing talent accessible and efficient.
