Buildings Revit Technician

About the Opportunity

The Buildings Revit Technician is responsible for the digital delivery of the MEP systems design for projects and plays a key role in implementing the design and delivery process. Deliverables include, but are not limited to multi-disciplinary designs using the appropriate modelling and analytical software. They will handle end-to-end delivery of MEP models from task information management of MEP design to project closeout. Solid interpersonal skills are necessary as they will be the point person in liaising with clients, engineers, and other design team members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the BIM manager in the delivery of digital outputs to project teams and act as the liaison to communicate with other teams to identify problems, create solutions and implement efficiency improvements
  • Task-level management of the BIM model
  • Support with development of a content library suitable for the MEP team and integration
  • Taking ownership in coordinating the best practices, output and standardisation of MEP deliverables
  • Supporting development of Revit skills for MEP team

Qualifications:

  • Relevant experience in the modelling of buildings MEP systems
  • Proven experience of a multi-disciplinary design approach and high quality end-to-end delivery of projects from inception to operation 
  • Demonstrated success in managing MEP elements of projects
  • Expert-level knowledge of Revit, Autocad and exposure to BIM360, Navisworks and CDE’s 
  • Familiarity with creating parametric Revit families

Nice-to-haves:

  • An understanding of analytical tools that support MEP systems design, like undertaking early energy modelling, detailed energy calculations, lighting and daylighting
  • Familiarity in using modelling and analytical tools to eliminate health and safety risks in the design 
  • Experience in using plug-ins and tools to improve design and modelling efficiency
  • Experience in delivery of COBie or other asset information from models

Job description

Graphic Designer Responsibilities:

  • Study the design briefs and determine necessary requirements to create the visual design
  • Schedule projects and define budget constraints

  • Prepare quality drafts with the aim of having minimal to no corrections
  • Develop illustrations, logos and other designs by hand or with the appropriate design software
  • Solid understanding of colour theory and layouts appropriate for each deliverable

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or any related field
  • At Least one year of proven graphic design experience
  • Must be proficient in required desktop publishing tools, including Photoshop, InDesign Quark, and Illustrator Fluency in design software such as Photoshop, InDesign Quark, and Illustrator. Other softwares are a plus
  • Must have a strong eye for visual composition
  • Highly organised and comfortable working and delivering in a fast-paced environment
  • Knows when to give constructive criticism and understands how to use it to improve their own work

CRM & Paid Performance Lead

We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented CRM & Paid Performance Lead who wants to join our mission to change the way the world thinks about skincare.

The Role:

You will be the point person for the delivery of all our customer communications. Your goal is to always deliver an excellent customer experience. You will streamline and optimise the customer journey and identify key trends and opportunities to maximise revenues.

You will also take the lead on end-to-end development and execution of various campaigns concerning brand awareness, customer retention and customer acquisition. This is a multi-channel undertaking, utilising all digital channels including PPC, paid social ads, email and referrals. Each campaign will have a report, so you will be tracking and optimising using a range of tools for analytics and insights. The campaign’s performance will be judged by your manager with the criteria of having a strong ROI and alignment with our wider commercial, acquisition and retention goals. Each campaign must be better than the previous ones. 

Successful people in this role have an innovation mindset. Analysing customer journeys and identifying each possibility for increased sales, AOV and LTV, and delivering customer journeys is part of the job. Along with this, you will be working with a cross-functional team developing and executing brand communications, promotional activity, and targeted messaging. Other key tasks include, and are not limited to creating integrated campaigns, working alongside the social media lead to raise brand awareness, engagement, and drive sales.

About You:

  • You love data and have a track record in performance, driving both acquisition and retention revenue – ideally DTC within healthy, beauty or wellness 
  • 5+ years of proven experience working in a similar hands-on role, where analysing data and generating new campaigns were part of your everyday
  • Expert-level knowledge of email, PPC, shopping, display, social advertising and affiliates
  • You know the ins and outs of working with key software e.g. Hootsuite, Google Analytics etc.
  • You’re proactive, organised and highly self-motivated. You love rolling up your sleeves and happy to hustle to get things done

You will be responsible for growing the skincare company community, owning the social media strategy and managing the day-to-day execution to hit performance goals. You’ll be one step ahead, recommending new and innovative ways to grow our community. Taking in mind our wider commercial, audience growth and engagement goals, you will handle the end-to-end development and execution of our social media strategy.

You will collaborate with our graphic designer to create stand-out visual and written content across all our social channels, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Pinterest. This is a customer-facing role, as you’ll be responding to day-to-day queries, questions and comments. You must be cordial and solutions-oriented. Familiarity with a range of social analytic tools are important as well, because you will rack and report on performance, and translate insights and analytics into actionable strategic recommendations.
