 How It Works

Four Easy Steps to Start Your No-Frills Outsourcing Journey

CLARITY

In our discovery call, we will dissect the main problem you’re trying to address and take this time to learn about your end to end processes, systems, digital footprint and overall customer. This ensures we get a complete picture of what you need, to better serve you. Afterward, we will send a proposal based on the discussed needs complete with costs, free of any charge or obligation.

MATCH-MAKING + COMMITMENT-FREE SCREENING

When you give us the go-signal after reading our proposal, we will select candidates from our database best suited for the role. Then, we’ll send over the CV’s of the shortlisted candidates to screen from. Once you’ve chosen the candidate you’d like to work with, we can move forward to onboarding. Though, if you did not like the selection, there is no cost to cancel the service.

ONBOARDING

If you’ve decided to move forward with us and selected a candidate of your liking, we will start the onboarding process. GBPOS will be available for support each step of the way.

PERFORMANCE REVIEWS

Each client is provided a GBPOS account manager who will conduct regular performance reviews of the team and take any administrative tasks off of your plate. These reviews can be monthly or quarterly, as needed. It will outline overall performance, key analytics, and  suggested process improvements.

We'd love to hear your thoughts and help you formulate your ideas and requirements

The other part of outsourcing is this: it simply says where the work can be done outside better than it can be done inside, we should do it,” he implies that tasks and functions can be done better if people who have the expertise will do it, even if they are not within the bounds of your organization. – Alphonso Jackson
